My bouquet will be mainly medium to soft pinks, with a small scattering of lilac and purple shades. Something like:

Right now, I'm planning on the bridesmaids' bouquets being similar to mine. I briefly debated having all white bouquets for the bridesmaids, with my bouquet being in color, and then I Googled this look and was not a fan!!
Nope, this look is not for me!
We are not doing any flowers at the church, but we will have flowers at our cocktail hour, and throughout the reception space. We decided to go with low centerpieces, as we felt like our reception space was already broken up a bit by columns, so we didn't want high centerpieces.
Hopefully, those will look something like this (and with lots of votive candles):
What are your thoughts on wedding flowers? Have you started thinking about your bouquets or centerpieces yet?
We're actually going with silk flowers for our wedding. I found the most gorgeous bouquets at http://thebridesbouquet.com/ - and they're able to be (hopefully) saved as a memento, for at least the bridal party. I'm also going with a brooch bouquet (http://www.etsy.com/search_results.php?includes%5B0%5D=tags&search_query=wedding+brooch+bouquet&page=1&ref=related) - expensive, but also something that will become a keepsake and can be super personalized.
ReplyDeleteYour colors are GORGEOUS, though and everything is going to be so beautiful together. :)
Ohh yea I am not a fan of the all white bouquets...even though our bouquets will be mostly white with gray accents (but if yours is really colorful give the girls some color) :-)
ReplyDeleteoh!I love the first bouquet, I hope there are those flowers in my country...
